Cucumbers soaked in Evil = Pickles

I’m am finally getting around to sharing that Bread and Butter refrigerator pickle recipe. Seems there are a lot of variations you can do but I keep mine simple. I rely heavily on feedback from my family and friends since I can’t stand pickles. Ingredients are simple: white vinegar, water, salt and crushed garlic. Just slice up a cucumber, stack it in a quart sized mason jar, fill half way with water, and top off with vinegar. Add about 1/2 tsp of salt, 2 cloves crushed garlic and screw the lid on. Let it sit in the frig for a few days and ta-da…..bread and butter pickles.
I made some labels to make the project a bit more fun for me. I just googled images for vintage pickle pictures and did a little Photoshop work. Since I plan on giving several quarts away, this personalizes it with my own brand of humor.
